In UAE, we are the first Upcycling Food Company, fully dedicated to recycling a full range of food products, such as fruit, vegetables, dairy products, bakery products and pantry products.

At Minimity we rescue surplus food, like ugly produce and short expire date food items, and deliver it directly to your door. Fresher food, less waste! We don’t think that any produce should have to be thrown away just because it’s got a few unsightly lumps and bumps. We’re willing to look past the minor imperfections and see what they really are, incredibly tasty food.

World Wildlife Fund estimates that 2.5 billion tons of food are wasted globally every year, of a total annual food production of 8.5 billion tons. This also means 10% of total global carbon emissions, 2.2 gigatons of carbon dioxide equivalent. All this must change and Minimity wants to help.

The Fruit and Vegetable Grocery Bundels contain all kinds of fruit and vegetables, 85% coming from local farms and 15% coming from wholesalers.

1. Vegetables: Green Beans, Beetroot, Bitter Gourd, Bottle Gourd, Capsicum, Carrot, Coriander, Cucumber, Eggplant, Kale, Lettuce Friesee, Lettuce Lollo Bionda, Lettuce Lollo Boston, Lettuce Lollo Rossa, Lettuce Romaine, Marrow, Microgreens, Mint, Okra, Onion, Parsley, Radish Red, Rocca, Spinach, Spring Onion, Sweet Corn, Tomato Cerry, Tomato, Zucchini, etc.

2. Fruit: figs, strawberries, bluederry, blackberry, raspberry, apples, bananas, oranges, pineapples, nectarines, peaches, grapes, etc.

It contains all the fruit and vegetables contained in the Fruit & Vegetables Bundles plus all kinds of food items such as:
1. Dairy products: fresh or UHT milk and its derivatives, yogurt and its derivatives, cheese and its derivatives, etc.;
2. Bakery products: bread and its derivatives, pastry products, etc.;
3. Butchery products: chicken, veal, lamb and its derivatives, sausages and its derivatives, etc.;
4. Pantry products: flour and its derivatives, sugar, salt, canned food, jars, rice, legumes, spices, pasta, cereals, nuts, oils, vinegars, grains, starches, sweeteners, jams, pickles, honey, condiments , sauces, cornmeal, confectioners, etc..

We always try to make the Grocery Bundles contain the same products, but the offer of the products that we offer depends on the season and its existence in the market. It's not always the same products that the expiration date expires soon, or it's not always the same products in the ugly produce category. Also the fruit and vegetables depend on the season of each one.

The savings in our offer is substantial. You can save a minimum of 50% and a maximum of 80% for each of the food items. It is a very important saving for the family economy. Our goal is to reduce food waste, but it is also to help families support themselves.

Given the condition and existence of the products we offer, it is very difficult to store them. Therefore, we depend on your orders and subscriptions, in this way we can organize ourselves and we can buy more products.

Everything we do, we do it with our highest purpose, the 3RE: Reduce, REuse, REcycle. Therefore we take care of every detail of our work. Starting with the packaging, which is always recycled paper or completely biodegradable packaging, and ending with the delivery that we do on electric motorcycles.

We are committed and take "Save the planet" very seriously.

Since we depend on each order or subscription, to be able to organize ourselves, the first order will be delivered in about 4-5 days, and after this, it will always be the same day of the week in which you received it. We also thank you for understanding that we cannot deliver orders on a day of your choice, due to the high volume of orders and our logistics resources.
